Germinator is Pleased to Add Dr. Roscoe Moore, Jr. to the Germinator Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)

Germinator Franchising, Inc., a Georgia corporation and Germinator, LLC, a Delaware company, disinfection, and sanitization services providers, announced today that Dr. Roscoe Moore Jr. will join Germinator Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
Germinator has developed a patent-pending process that provides a new generation of microbial protection for residential and commercial properties. The company helps clients live and work in a more hygienic and clean environment.
When asked about the addition of Dr. Moore to Germinator's Scientific advisory board, CEO Jeff Gill said, "The addition of Dr. Moore to our advisory board validates who we are as a company. The Scientific Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and direction for Germinators research and scientific programs. The SAB plays a key role in guiding and prioritizing Germinator's global research investment and serves as the executive committee of the company.
Roscoe M. Moore, Jr., D.V.M., Ph.D., D.Sc. is the President of PH RockWood Corporation. He currently resides on the Institute for Human Virology and serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Virus Network. Dr. Moore is a career officer within the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS). He entered with the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he rose to the rank of Assistant United States Surgeon General (Rear Admiral, USPHS) in the immediate office of the Secretary, HHS. He was selected as Chief Veterinary Medical Officer, USPHS, by Surgeon General C. Everett Koop. He is a former Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC).
Dr. Moore was with the Center for Veterinary Medicine and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before becoming Senior Epidemiologist within the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, CDC. He served as the Chief Epidemiologist with the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, FDA. Dr. Moore has been acknowledged as the "Father" of Medical Device Epidemiology by the FDA for establishing the first Medical Device Epidemiology Training Fellowship Program within the USPHS. He directed the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Program and was an Assistant Professor of Oncology within the Howard University College of Medicine Cancer Center.
Dr. Moore served on the Fogarty International Center Advisory Board of Directors, NIH, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. Dr. Moore served as an Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology, Medical University of Southern Africa, Pretoria, South Africa. He served on the Alumni Board of Directors, School of Public Health, University of Michigan. Dr. Moore served on the Dean's Alumni Council, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University. He served as an Affiliate Associate Professor of Environmental Health for the University of Washington, Seattle. He served on the Board of Directors for the Africa Center for Health and Human Security, George Washington University. Dr. Moore served as an Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology, University of Hanoi, Vietnam.
