Service was on time, quick, and hassle-free. He was thorough and very helpful in trying to pinpoint where the previous owner's dog smell was coming from in the basement. Unfortunately, it is coming from an area that he was not able to access but spraying the surrounding area and the whole basement made a huge difference! It still smells fresher than it ever has since we've lived here for over 2 years. Very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs smells tackled.
Had my home disinfected and sanitized before the holidays, which was 100% satisfied with the service. Since then I purchased the Vollara Air and Surface Pro from Germinator, an air and surface purification unit that treats my whole house for airborne and surface contaminants. It has purified the indoor air to the point I no longer can smell dog odor, 2 English bulldogs hang out in my living room and sleep in my bedroom, so that dog odor was always taking over my house. No more stuffy winter noses either, feels great to breathe fresh air! Best unit I've found, well worth the investment.
